"Our experience with this office started off good but has gone down hill fast. Our policy has continued to go up with little to no warning. Back in May I got a voice mail from Amelia saying she was sending me an email to complete to continue to get a discount that was expiring. I have checked both of my email accounts never got anything from there office. I have issues with my home that is 5 years old called their office it’s not covered. I have home owners and car insurance with them for years now. We filed 1 claim and it took forever to get the car done and it was just the bumper. I sure the next company will appreciate us as clients because Amelia doesn’t know how to send emails to help clients with savings to keep them happy. IF ARE CONSIDERING THIS PLACE THINK LONG AND HARD. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT. Then get ready to be nickeled and dimed"

"We transferred our State Farm insurance from Georgia to this office And worked with A gentleman then Shortly afterwards our monthly bill doubled and I when I called and adkrf why our insurance bill went up to $600 for that month, the gentleman said he’d get back with me never got back with me. Left him two messages and a text message still have not heard from him. I ended up calling the office again talk to young lady. She said she’d call me back that day never called me back. Finally I called and spoke to a gentleman named Jamie. He was the only one from that office that called me back and researched my problem here to find out the first young man who helped us did not have us sign the uninsured motorist letter for some reason so from March 9 to April 14, we were charged an outrageous amount on our monthly bill. I called spoke to the office manager. She said she ran it up and down the chain. There was nothing she could do. I just have to pay the $300 which I already did, but there was nothing she could do to compensate me other than apologize profusely I am currently trying to get a hold of Mr. Schaeffer to see what he can do to correct this situation. The average consumer would not know to ask for these forms to sign, and it was at Agent’s job to ensure that all the paperwork was filled out properly. Very disappointing because I’ve had State Farm for over 30 years and my Agent in Georgia is just like Family constantly in contact with us and calls if she sees a problem, unfortunately this is not what I’m getting from this office. I’m going to be optimistic, and hopefully Mr. Schaffer will call me so we can see what we can do to correct this issue."
